Matt Ellis Co-founder, Photographer / Content Manager
An entrepreneur at heart, Matt began his career with fashion and wedding photography and is now an experienced candid photographer who began Get Elevated Media in 2019. He is passionate about capturing authentic emotions and has a creative vision that not only shows in his photography, but in a company’s brand.

Joe Hill Co-founder, Director / DP / Editor
You’ll find Joe in his natural element directing, shooting and editing. Joe has worked in the video and post production business for over 20 years and has created impactful stories for clients including: Adidas, Dominos, Morton Salt, Footlocker, Eastbay, Keen, Portland General Electric, Brothers Cascadia Brewing and many more. He has experience in documentary films, commercials, TV production, social media marketing videos and everything in between. He takes great pride in creating compelling stories that connect customers with their clients in a very humanistic way. He’s ready to collaborate on your next project big or small.

Buescher-Hill
Educational Designer / Illustrator
Influenced by her father and grandfather who were both graphic designers, Jenna holds a Graphic Design degree from PNCA in Portland, OR. She has a deep passion for art and illustration, education and branding. Jenna knows how to work hard to turn ideas into effective (goal oriented) visual stories. As an educational graphic and web designer for Battle Ground School District, Jenna helps GEM with creative content and production on the side. She considers herself a process designer and asks all the good questions first, not last. It’s important to note that even though Jenna doesn’t have any dogs (yet), she will probably remember your dog’s name or ask if they are coming to client meetings.
